Antique Indian Teak Wood Almirah Cupboard

This fantastically versatile antique and original mirror fronted cupboard made from solid teak wood dates from the 1920’s-30’s and hails from Gujarat. Today these cupboards are repurposed as additional freestanding kitchen or utility room storage cupboards in the UK, or as small freestanding wardrobes. Originally they would have been used as wardrobes in wealthy havelis. They can be used in any room throughout the house. It comes in great original condition, with fine old paint, mirrors and iron fittings, and as an old piece, there are some historic age related marks and wear and tear as you would expect.
