Description

A fine antique Indian 4 tier example of a kitchen painted teak wood storage rack dating from the early 1880’s-1900’s, in great original condition, with sturdy and deep shelves and fine painted original patination that has built up over a century or more. These racks woukd have been found in the kitchens of most large town or city houses with domestic help, and were used to store pots, pans and kilners. Today they are much sought after for Retail Display, as well as for their original purpose, back in large kitchens, pantries and utility rooms.
