We accept payment by all standard debit and credit cards. You can also pay via your Paypal account (2.5% surchage payable for wholesale order Paypal payments.

Wholesale customers can opt to pay with order via card or via pro-forma invoice. 

Jardinopia always aim to despatch orders on the same day, or within 24 hours if the order is received after office hours. We guarantee to despatch within 48 hours of receipt. If orders are received during a weekend or Public Holiday, they will be despatched on the next available working day. Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00 UK GMT.

There are rare occasions where it is not always possible to despatch within 48 hours of receipt of an order. In those instances, and if there is an unforeseen delay, we will notify you of the issue and offer our best endeavours to despatch your order as soon as practicable.

Should you not be entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately on receipt at Info@Jardinopia.com. You may return your order to us at the following address within 14 days of receipt and we must receive the order within 14 days of you posting it, with the duly completed returns packing slip.
