Our wonderful painted antique Indian reclaimed hard wood bench rack is made from reclaimed shutter windows and frames rescued from crumbling havellis in Gujarat State. The frames and shutters are entirely original, and we have saved them and given them a new life by creating these fantastically versatile 3 tier racks that can be used in any room in the house, but especially useful in the kitchen, pantry and bathroom. They are made from old wood, cut by hand many years ago, with a beautiful colour and patina which really shows its age and history, and there are some historic repairs and age related marks and wear and tear as you would expect for wood of this age.
