Description
Vintage Indian teak wood Jharokha mirror made by Rajasthani craftsmen from Indian teak wood reclaimed from windows and doors of crumbling havelli in Gujarat State. It is likely that the timbers are at least 100+ years old. Each mirror is unique and has its own colour, carving and style, taken from the the Jharokha style of stone window projecting from the wall face of a building in this part of India, often in an upper story, overlooking a street, market, court or any other open space. Sizes will vary and are approximately 35cmx20cmx10cm but we cannot be exact as these are hand made. Neither can we guarantee the exact colours. The photos are indicative only. Each comes with recessed iron wall fittings so that they are quick & easy to hang.
