Vintage Indian marble bowl of some scale from Jodhpur in northern Rajasthan. Entirely carved by hand by skilled craftsmen. Makes for a fine bird bath or planter today. As with all old stone items, cut and carved by hand many many years ago, with a beautiful colour and patina which really shows its age and history, and there are some historic age related marks and wear and tear as you would expect for stone carvings of this age.
